Legion Expansion Meta Achievement Removed in Latest Patch 11.1.7 PTR – Delayed for Remix?

While datamined in early Patch 11.1.7 PTR builds, it appears the new Legion Meta Achievement has been removed in the latest PTR build suggesting it might be delayed for a future patch.
