Blizzard has responded to frequent crash reports related to Memory Leaks after the release of Diablo 4 Season 8, saying that the team is investigating the matter and is looking for players to submit more crash report IDs. If you have a crash due to a memory leak, you can submit the crash ID through the in-game bug report or this forum thread.
