Season 8 promises to bring increased boss difficulty and decreased Unique drop rates, which may make it even more difficult to obtain the right gear for builds that require specific Uniques to even function. The jump to Torment puts players into an awkward spot: they must take on the Boss Ladder to get the gear they need, but they may not be powerful enough without that gear to complete those fights.
