The Ol' Waxbeard encounter hasn't changed, but one of the mechanics on the fight was being used in high keys: the High Speed Collision mine carts.
High Speed Collision can no longer hit mobs that aren't part of the encounter.
Many high end groups were pulling trash from before the boss onto the mine cart tracks to kill them very quickly.
