Treacherous Transmitter Nerfed Again by 10%

With Season 2 launching in less than 24 hours, another hotfix has gone live that nerfs Treacherous Transmitter by 10%.

About two weeks ago, a hotfix nerfed Treacherous Transmitter by 5%, and now it's been nerfed again! This was likely due to a 639 item level Treacherous Transmitter being equal to Heroic trinkets for some specs.
