January 15th Undermine(d) Development Notes – Class Changes, DRIVE, Delve Testing Available

Blizzard has posted Development Notes for today's PTR build, including a lot of class changes and a note that they are looking into D.R.I.V.E. issues. This build enables Season 2 of Delves for testing.
