All Runes Available in Starting Zones for 1 Copper Each – Season of Discovery
Blizzard is allowing all Season of Discovery characters to purchase Runes from the Rune Broker for just 1 Copper each! These Rune Brokers can be found in each race's starting zone, so characters as low as level 1 can have full access to their class runes.
