Paladin Divine Shield, Rogue Main Gauche, & Item Adjustments – Season of Discovery Hotfix

Blizzard has released a Hotfix for Season of Discovery that adjusts several items, changes Paladin's Divine Shield to reduce Damage Dealt rather than Attack Speed, and reduces Rogue's Sinister Strike threat generated through Main Gauche.
