In the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct Blizzard announced that Fresh Servers are coming to WoW Classic. All of the servers (Normal, PvP and Hardcore) will launch with additional quality of life changes, that were not part of the initial launch of WoW Classic in 2019. Among others, these include the in-game Looking For Group (LFG) tool, as well as the Services global chat.
