We don't have an estimate of when 11.1.0 will happen since the 2024 roadmap ends with 11.0.5, but it will likely happen around March or April 2025, according to our estimates.

The War Within Encrypted 11.1.0 Build on WoWDev Server – Internal Testing for First Major Patch
Blizzard has updated their internal servers with a new 11.1.0 build, numbered 57262. The build is encrypted, so we won't have access to datamine its content.
