Almost all rares in Khaz Algar give a reputation every week when you kill them. Among the rares in Khaz Algar, some are so rare (or otherwise annoying to farm) that they only give a Reputation token the first time you kill them. These include rares with unusually long spawn times, rares that share spawns with other rares, or summoned under particular conditions, like Beledar's Spawn.
