Currently the Well Fed secondary stats bonus is providing less than War Within food, making the Earthen racials actually a DPS loss. Blizzard has announced that this will be changing soon.
We’re working on some updates to Earthen eating.
First, we recognize that the Earthen Well Fed secondary stat bonus is not providing the intended power level. We’re increasing that effect.
