Blizzard on Radiant Echoes Not Awarding XP for Players Below Level 70 – Fix Now Live

Blizzard has responded to feedback that the pre-patch event Radiant Echoes has stopped awarding experience for players below level 70 who did not purchase TWW Early Access. A fix is now live.

This is not intentional.
