Updates to Old Items in Phase 2 PTR Datamining – Season of Discovery

As datamining on the Patch 1.15.1 Build 53009 on the PTR continues, we have found several old items in the level 25-40 range being updated!

These updates mainly include stat changes to make them better itemized towards casters - Mainly removing stats that don't make too much sense like Spirit and adding Spell Power and Healing Power to items.
