Blizzard Considering Adding More Social Features in Diablo 4

Blizzard Global Community Director Adam "Pezradar" Fletcher confirmed that they are looking into additional social features like Looking for Group , Trade and General chats similar to how Diablo 3's chat system was structured.

Currently, the social systems are limited to local and clan chat without a proper way to handle trading or group finding sources.
