One issue that surprised players who completed their first World Boss in Tier 4 was the fact that the Weekly Spoils required a character to be level 80 in order to receive rewards. As a part of today's patch notes, Blizzard has confirmed that they have removed this requirement. Now, if a character has earned a weekly Spoil from a World Boss, they will be able to open their Cache, regardless of character level.
