The strings themselves don't give too much away, except to show a similar pattern to the Kalimdor ones - what appears to be 15 separate races, each with Normal, Advanced, and Reverse tracks. PTR testing for the Kalimdor Cup begins this week on the PTR, so we should be getting our first look at how this event will work very soon.

Outland Dragonriding Races Datamined on the Patch 10.1.5 PTR
We've found several new strings suggesting that Dragonriding will be coming to Outland in the form of another special racing event similar to the Kalimdor Cup!
