Previously, we reported on the topic of unlocking mounts in Diablo 4 based on the latest Play Your Way blog post released by the Diablo 4 team. Since then, Blizzard clarified and corrected their blog post stating that mounts will unlock by "completing a questline as you progress naturally through the main story campaign" rather than having to complete the main questline with one character.
