There don't currently appear to be any positional requirements when using the toy, so you could potentially use the Niffen Diggin' Mits to get to Zaralek Cavern similarly to a Dalaran Hearthstone for Dalaran.

We've discovered a new toy, the Niffen Diggin' Mits, that should help when traversing Zaralek Cavern. After a 10s channel similar to a Hearthstone, the toy teleports you to the Niffen home city of Loamm, a fairly central location in Zaralek Cavern.
