The Class Trinkets drop off the second to last boss, Neltharion, in 3 different types.

Idol of Chaotic Arrogance - Crit Base. Your area effect spells and abilities have a chance to grant you 3,524 Primary stat for 12 sec. During this time damage you receive is increased by 5%.
