God King Skovald in Mythic+ Halls of Valor RP Reduced

In Mythic+ Halls of Valor, God King Skovald's iconic RP speech has been reduced by about 19 seconds.

The God King Skovald RP has been shortened and two of the lines have been cut making the RP take about 20 seconds (was 39 sec).

Odyn yells: To the victor go the spoils... The Aegis of Aggramar is yours for the taking.
God-King Skovald yells: No! I, too, have proved my worth, Odyn. I am God-King Skovald! These mortals dare not challenge my claim to the aegis!
