Dragonflight Hotfixes for January 17th, 2023 – Mythic+ Health Nerfs and Explosive Fix

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which includes additional Mythic+ nerfs and Explosive affix fixes.

Edit: Blizzard has added a massive nerf to Telash Graywing, adding a delay before Frozen Ground ticks.
