How to Obtain the Temperament Skyclaw Secret Mount in Dragonflight

After a few days, we've finally discovered how to obtain the new Temperamental Skyclaw mount in Dragonflight. The mount require you to bring a stack of three different dishes to Zon'Wogi.

Pre-Requisites
It is not 100% sure what are the pre-requisites, but there is a quest unlock required. Completing Sojourner of Azure Span guarantees the unlock, but likely completing only one of the questlines is enough.
