Dragonflight Pre-Patch Live Class Tuning Hotfixes – Additional Mistweaver Monk and Shadow Priest Changes

As Blizzard announced yesterday, class tuning hotfixes have been pushed to live servers today, but there are a few extra class hotfixes that weren't mentioned yesterday.

The Shadow and Elemental hotfixes were pushed around 3:30 PM Pacific Time, while everything else seemed to be closer to reset.

There may be additional changes that weren't in yesterday's class tuning post not listed below. Here is what we've found:
