EU Weekly Reset Time Moving 3 Hours Earlier on November 16th

Blizzard has announced that the EU Weekly Reset will be moving 3 hours earlier to 05:00 CET starting on November 16th.

This leaves the EU reset, 13 hours after the NA reset (was 16 hours).

With scheduled maintenance early on November 16, we will permanently change the time of the weekly reset from 08:00 CET to 05:00 CET.
