Vault of the Incarnates Tuning Build 46144

In the weekly Dragonflight build and through weekly hotfixes, many tuning hotfixes have been pushed for Vault of the Incarnates.

 Eranog wreathes several players in flames. Upon expiration a Flamerift forms at each player's location, inflicting 2030 Fire damage to players within 4.5 yards.
A Flamescale Tarasek spills forth from each Flamerift, leaving behind a Primal Flow.

 Inflicts 2752480278 Fire damage to an enemy every 1 sec for until canceled.
