Class and Talent Tuning in Dragonflight Beta Build 46144 – Evoker Defensive Buffs

Here are all the class tuning changes from this week's Dragonflight Beta build which includes a buff to Evoker defensives and much more!

Please note that some of these changes were hotfixes from last week.
