New Speculated Balance Druid Talents – Many Old Tier Sets and Legendaries

In this latest Dragonflight Beta build, many new speculated Balance Druid talents have been added which includes old Tier bonuses, Legendaries and effects!

These effects are listed as Druid spells and are brand new to this beta build which makes us think that these are upcoming new additions to the Balance Druid talent tree.

NEW  Your critical strikes from Starfire and Wrath cause the target to languish for an additional 4% of your spell's damage over 4 sec.
