Fated ‘Soak’ Affix Nerfed in Sanctum of Domination Hotfixes
Blizzard has done a sweeping pass on debuffs in Sanctum of Domination, adding a flag that should prevent important debuffs from scaling with the time rate changes from the Fated 'Soak' affix.
