As of right now, it doesn't look like the Prince Tenris Mirkblood has been added to Karazhan nor have any of the Pre-Patch events been activated.

Blizzard has just updated the Classic Public Test Realm to the Wrath Classic Pre-Patch. This content is level 70 capped Burning Crusade Raids and Dungeons, where players can create Death Knights, players can level Inscription, but Northrend is inaccessible.
