One change we have decided to make, is to increase the health and damage of monsters in Naxxramas. Our 2008 design intention was for it to be a little easier than the 2006 original, but we missed the mark and it ended up much easier than we intended.

Naxxramas will Receive Buffs for Wrath of the Lich King Classic
In the most recent Developer Update, Blizzard revealed that they intend to buff health and damage of monsters in Naxxramas for Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
