Codex of the First Technique Tank Trinket Changed Again in Patch 9.2.5 Hotfix
A couple of hours ago, the Codex of the First Technique stealth nerfs we posted about here were partially reverted. The in-game tooltip now has a cap of 9160 * (1 + vers%), making it not quite what it was before, but with a cap large enough that it is now safe to say the cap is unreachable in normal circumstances.
