In a Twitter Spaces Dragonflight Developer Rountable with Ion Hazzikostas and Steve Danuser, hosted by Taliesin of Taliesin & Evitel, Steve confirmed that Death Knights will have some unique text when interacting with Alexstrazsa in Dragonflight.
