Mythic Prototype Pantheon Undocumented Change with the Weekly Reset

Mythic Prototype Pantheon has been retuned on the weekly reset, buffing Phase 1 and Phase 2, but nerfing Phase 3 as the bosses now push at 40%, instead of 50%.
