Currently the reputation seems to be a WIP as the vendor still seems pretty empty on items, and players feel the rep grind is a bit slow.

The Enlightened Reputation Rewards – New Faction in Patch 9.2
The Enlightened is a new reputation coming in Patch 9.2, and on the latest PTR build, the Reputation Quartermaster Vilo has finally received some items. Current rewards for the Enlightened faction include new Crafter's Mark recipes, the infinite Shadowlands Augment Rune and some of the Broker-themed transmog sets that were recently datamined.
