Additional Mage Tower Tuning Hotfixes – Highlord Kruul, Raest Magespear

Blizzard has posted some additional mage tower hotfixes, nerfing the Tank Mage Tower challenge further and fixing an bug on the Twins encounter, but compensating for the change.

Nether Storm no longer recasts immediately after being silenced or interrupted.
