Nerfs to TBC Gems and Striking Enchants – Blizzard Timewalking Changes

With today's reset, the previously announced Timewalking changes went into action. These changes, as expected, nerfed the value of some TBC gems, plus fixed missing scaling on Striking enchants and sharpening stones.

Gems found in Burning Crusade Heroic dungeons now scale properly with character level.
