Patch 9.2 is adding a new Crafter's Mark recipe, Crafter's Mark IV - Adding this optional reagent to crafted gear will set it to item level 233, as well as the required level to 60.

Crafted Gear in Patch 9.2 – 233 Crafted Gear, 262 Unique Gear, New Optional Reagents
Crafted gear is receiving more updates in Patch 9.2, with new Crafter's Mark reagents allowing you to easily gear alts with ilvl233 gear, a new Crafter's Mark setting a unique piece of gear to ilvl262, and new optional reagents that grant useful effects.
