Active Mitigation Abilities Reworked in Legion Dungeons in Patch 9.1.5

In this week's PTR build, Legion Dungeons had some abilities reworked -- specifically those that required tanks to have "Active Mitigation" active in order to prevent additional effects.

Previously, these abilities required tanks to have their "active mitigation" abilities active to prevent bad things from happening.
