Patch 9.1.5 PTR Build 40383 Class Changes and Spells – Minor Tuning & Target Caps

Patch 9.1.5 PTR build 40383 class and spell changes are relatively light, including minor tuning and further AoE target cap changes.

Highlights

Druid Strength of the Wild Regrowth critical strike chance has been reduced.

Monk Breath of Fire tooltip has been updated to match live functionality. Mistweaver Chi Burst now also deals reduced healing beyond 6 targets.

Priest Divine Star and Halo now deal reduced healing beyond 6 targets, as indicated in last week's bluepost.
