Patch 9.1.5 PTR Build 40290 Class and Spell Changes – PvP Tuning
Here are the datamined class and spell changes for the 9.1.5 PTR build 40290 which includes some PvP tuning. Additionally, a handful of AoE healing spells have been changed to use more straightforward diminishing returns, similar to the soft capping used on AoE damage spells, as indicated in the PTR development notes.
